Cotham Marble, also known as Landscape Marble, is a fossil or a stromatolite limestone that formed approximately 200 million years ago when the sea gradually encroached upon the flat Triassic landscape. These formations are found in South Wales and southwestern England, particularly in the area surrounding Bristol.
